Manager – Business Development (Role Id – JL/BD-101)

Job Role: Responsible for the complete business development strategies and activities of retail division. Responsible for generating leads and bringing in walk-ins to the learning centre. Should be able to plan and handle the ATL/BTL activities at the learning centre. Should work closely with institutions in generating databases and bringing potential enquiries for the programs we offer.

Qualification & Experience: Should be a graduate, preferably MBA with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Business development of education & training business. Should have good communication and presentation skills. Should have strong business acumen and field knowledge to independently plan strategies, implement them and produce the desired outcome.

Executive – Business Development (Role Id – JL/BD-102)

Job Role: Should aggressively implement the marketing plans, and ensure desired results through constant monitoring and tracking. Should measure the outcome of every marketing activity and report to the senior management.

Qualification & Experience: Should be a graduate, preferably MBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development in the education & training business. Should have good communication and presentation skills. Should possess high level of field knowledge to be able to implement marketing activities and produce the desired outcomes.

Network Sales Manager (Role Id – JL/CM-21)

Job Role: Should be able to independently work on setting up channel partner centres in various cities across the country. Should have strong acumen in sourcing prospective business partners to partner with us in promoting our programs. Strong experience in handling business partners is a must.

Qualification & Experience: Should be a graduate preferably MBA with a minimum of 4 years of handling channel management and channel expansion business. Should have good communication skills. A strong understanding of demographics of various cities in India is a must. Experience in handling higher education business preferred.

Solutions Architect (Role Id – HQ/SA/1)

This role involves creation of learning solutions for Corporates, Colleges and Governments. It entails creation of macro-framework of a program, and collaborating with subject matter experts & vendors for execution. The role demands high conceptual skills, subject mobility, strong academic background, people management skills, and project management skills. Having worked in a role that involved all of these skills is a must. The position is based out of Chennai.

Business Development Manager (Role Id – APAC/BDM/5)

This role involves working with Corporates / Educational Institutions / Governments. It entails devising sales processes, appointing business partners and managing/building relationships with them, managing/building relationships with large accounts, continuously gathering market knowledge and feedback on our products, and supporting to arrive at solutions. The role demands high conceptual skills, communication skills, market knowledge, strong sales background, and people management skills. Having worked in a role that involved all of these skills is a must. Positions are open across APAC region.

Inventive Researcher (Role Id – ANY/IR/2)

Wanting to find solutions to issues in Learning and Education, working passionately, creating new routes, strong conceptual skills, execution skills and writing skills, ability to interact with subject matter experts, and high determination are the key ingredients required for this role. Above all, thought-clarity in problem-solving is critical. The position is open on part-time, contractual, turn-key, and full-time bases. Having worked in a role that involved all of these skills is a must.

Tele Counsellor (Role Id – HQ/TC/6)

This role involves communicating with prospective students, and guiding them to enrol for our programs. Female candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in tele sales, career counselling would be preferred. Excellent communication skills on phone and fluency in speaking English and Hindi are a must. Fluency in additional languages of the South and North India will be a plus. The position is based out of Chennai.

Channel Sales Executives (Role Id – HQ/CSLE/3)

This role involves interacting with prospective channel partners and working with the existing channel partners. Male or female candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales / client relations would be preferred. Good communication skills and fluency in speaking English and Hindi are a must. The position is based out of Chennai.

Channel Support Executive (Role Id – HQ/CSPE/2)

This role involves coordinating with all our education centres, working with them in achieving their sales targets, and supporting them during student enrolments. Male or female candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience would be preferred. Good communication skills and fluency in speaking English is a must. Speaking Hindi and South Indian languages is an added advantage. The position is based out of Chennai, but the candidate should be willing to travel within India.
