There are 5 major modes of learning at 361DM:
- 1. i-Classes: Live-at-class sessions, which can be attended in 361DM Learning Centers
- 2. DLRs: Live-at-home sessions, in which faculty is live online conducting the session, and you can interact with faculty from your office, home, internet café, or 361DM Learning Centers
- 3. Catalyzers: Anytime-at-home sessions, which are online, and you can do them at your pace from your computer, while interacting with your fellow learners.
- 4. Learning Support and Supplements: A whole lot of tools and features that add to and support your learning throughout the course of the program.
- 5. People Guidance: You are not alone in this journey; you can approach our counselors, faculty, program coordinators, and your observers, are the people available for your guidance.

There are on-site sessions where you get to interact with other students, and share your ideas and views. - 10. Would I be able to work at my own pace?
Yes, of course. You have flexibilities like scheduling and re-scheduling the Catalyzers sessions to suit your commitments and booking your DLR timings as per your convenience. The Catalyzer sessions give you unlimited time to go through concepts, make your own notes, and go over them repeatedly till you are sure to proceed. If you log in after a long gap, you are inducted and run through the work done so far.
However, i-Classes and Written Examinations by the University are place and time-bound.
- 11. Is your MBA certified by any University?
Yes indeed.
Upon satisfactory completion of mandatory MBA sessions, and clearing the semester examinations, you will be certified MBA by the Annamalai University.
- 12. Are the MBA programs offered by you recognized?
The MBA degree offered by Annamalai University is valid in the entire country in private, public and government sectors. The degree is recognized by UGC, the governing body of higher education in India and approved by the Ministry of HRD, India. This means that the MBA graduates can take any state or central government jobs and can work abroad with this degree.
This MBA program does not come under the purview of AICTE. It comes under the control of Distance Education Council (DEC). Also, please note that AICTE and DEC are two equivalent governing bodies under University Grants Commission.
- 13. What are the different specializations and degrees offered?
Yes, there are MBA specializations you can choose. We recommend that you visit 361DM Learning Centers, where our counselors would help you assess which MBA specialization is suitable with your career goal, interest and personality.
- 14. What is the eligibility criterion for enrolling for your MBA programs?
You should have successfully completed 10 + 2 + 3 years of education, which means you should have done your graduation from any UGC recognized university.
- 15. What are the technical or software requirements for undergoing the sessions?
You would need a computer provided with good internet connectivity, and speakers / headphones. If you have internet or computer limitation, you could even come to the 361DM Learning Centers and use their computer and internet facility at no extra cost.
You would attend some specific sessions physically at the 361DM Learning Centers, though not mandatory.
- 16. Can I get financial aid for going through your programs?
Our programs are so inexpensive that in all likelihood, you might not need one at all. However, education loans are offered by several nationalized banks in India. You should note that educational loans are sanctioned based on the personal credibility of the individual, and at the discretion of the bank authorities.
You can apply to any bank or educational loan companies, for example, Credila, in getting an education loan. We shall provide all support in providing documents required by the Bank/Organization.

Please visit any 361DM Learning Centers, or call us at (044) 49 361 361 to fix an appointment with our experienced career counselors. When you meet our counselors, they would guide you to take the most suitable programs and variants, to make the next big step in your career.
If you are representing an organization, please give us an appointment to visit your premises, counsel the MBA aspirant employees, and enroll them in the program.
You would buy the Prospects along with the Application Form. You would fill the forms and submit them along with necessary documents & fee demand drafts. We would then process your application with the University, who will them confirm your admission. You would receive constant communication and interaction from our contact persons.
- 18. How are the examinations administered?
While the MBA programs are conducted by 361DM, the final university examinations are conducted by Annamalai University directly. These are conventional paper-pen exams, which would be conducted at the University designated venues.
- 19. Is it possible to finish the MBA program sooner?
MBA program duration is two academic years, which is 4 semesters. While you may start your MBA program on flexible dates in a semester, but you would be completing the semester on a pre-fixed date by way of writing the university examination.
You could complete the value-add modules earlier, if you wish to.
