We have structured the program to be flexible for students, as they can schedule 361° Edge sessions to accommodate their regular classes, college examinations, breaks, or any other academic activities.
In the initial years, my students are just finding their feet with respect to their courses. Why would you want to tax them then?
Despite the fact that students are coming to terms with their course in the initial years, it is our belief that those years are when the pressure on them is the least. Compare it with the pressure in the final year, when final exams and grades, applying to universities or attending campus interviews remain priority areas. There are other anxieties and pressures students are dealing with too.
We believe in beginning in the early part of college life, when their mind is unclogged. Helping them hone their career competency skills in their initial years gives them a tremendous advantage.
