Topics covered are starting a conversation, bringing precision and accuracy in articulation, creating involvement, explaining and describing, questioning and summarizing, managing different opinions, and such.
- 2. Comprehension Skills
Topics covered are recognizing the main idea, identifying support details, recognizing relationships between multiple ideas, recalling ideas and details, attending with an open mind, identifying purpose, organizing information, distinguishing between fact and opinion, identifying logical arguments, making logical inferences and conclusions, and such.
- 3. Communication Orientation
Personality aspects covered are -
How closely one understands communication as a concept, what one believes about communication, and how much one values it.
How interested one is to communicate or how much one feels like communicating in various situations with different people.
How comfortable one is while communicating in various situations with different people, whether one has hesitations or anxiety about it.
How one perceives one’s communication ability and capability, what self-image one has as a communicator.
- A. The program takes a drill-based approach, as this skill-type can only be built in this way (methodology).
- B. Communication skills are further broken down into easily manageable sub-skills and personality aspects. The learner at this stage (student life) is then able to relate to it, work on it in simple steps, and see improvements.

The program covers twenty hours of direct learning apart from offline assignments and tasks, and is spread over 4-5 months, at the rate of one session per week.
The program is an online interactive program, which has mix of various synchronous and asynchronous human interventions to make the learning ‘effective’. It even provides for live sessions with 361DM facilitators and industry experts. It is delivered via the internet, on a technology platform “i-meta” designed and built by 361DM for the purpose.
The program methodology follows globally researched principles for effective adult learning in the online delivery mode. In addition to the thoughtfully crafted sessions, the program provides learning tools and features that don’t let him/her miss the human-touch of the classroom-like environment, and also lets the learner learn in peace, at own pace, allows choice-making, and provides for interactions-at-will with people who can play important roles in his/her development.
Yes, the program has set aside 2 hours of such interactions. The learner will have opportunities to undergo live sessions by corporate/industry experts, and get to interact/chat with them in real time.
The program gives the learner an opportunity to involve family, friends, mentors, teachers, seniors, peers, etc. to participate in his/her learning by getting feedback from them on his/her work and progress. Moreover, the learner can create his/her own feedback form and ask for feedback from any people of his/her choice.
The learner can schedule and re-schedule the LRs easily and instantly on his/her computer, to accommodate college exams and unforeseen events. This way, the learner may even choose to catch up with the delay in holidays, or in the next semester.
The learner gets certified after successful completion of the program, and based on certain pre-specified criteria of performance as per the requirements of the program.
