University Exam Results
Proof of Effectiveness is in the Results!
We compared the university results of our MBA students (online program) with Distance Education students (Correspondence course) in the same exams.
These were our findings:
Pass percentage: Pass percentage of 361DM students was 81%while it was 60% among the Correspondence students.
Subjects cleared:361DM students cleared 98%of the cumulative subjects they wrote, while the Correspondence students cleared only 55% of the cumulative subjects they wrote.
Average marks: Average mark obtained by a 361DM student was 62% (first class) which was10% higherthan the average mark obtained by a Correspondence student.

Should have good communication and presentation skills. Should have strong business acumen and field knowledge to independently plan strategies, implement them and produce the desired outcome.
Executive – Business Development (Role Id – JL/BD-102)
Qualification & Experience: Should be a graduate, preferably MBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development in the education & training business. Should have good communication and presentation skills. Should possess high level of field knowledge to be able to implement marketing activities and produce the desired outcomes.
Network Sales Manager (Role Id – JL/CM-21)
Qualification & Experience: Should be a graduate preferably MBA with a minimum of 4 years of handling channel management and channel expansion business. Should have good communication skills. A strong understanding of demographics of various cities in India is a must. Experience in handling higher education business preferred.
